Each apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer so that residents don’t have to deal with the inconvenience of going off-site or lugging their clothes to communal laundry facilities. Unlike dated dorms, all of our luxury apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens with black stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and granite countertops with barstools. The spacious bedrooms all come with ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets are available in select units. The furniture packages include an extra-large full-size bed, four-drawer dresser, desk, and chair in every bedroom, and living rooms come with a couch, armchair, coffee table, and end table. Monthly installment payments also include extended basic cable and high-speed internet and Wi-Fi so you can stay on top of the shows, news, and information that matters to you.

GrandMarc at Tallahassee’s location is right in the heart of the FSU community, making it easy to get to where you need to be. The university is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive away and our community has access to bus routes for easy transportation.
