Study- Make flashcards, go over notes with friends, try not to wait until the night before to cram. Spread your studying out over a few days to best remember the information.
Sleep- It is tempting to down a red bull or chug that coffee from Starbucks to stay up all night in the library studying but when you are too exhausted to remember any information then you are only hurting yourself. Make sure you get your designated 8 hours.
Take breaks- Take a step away from the books for an hour or two. Watch an episode on Netflix, go for a run, get some lunch with friends. Do something non school related in order to recharge.
Eat well- Eating healthy will help your body to stay charged and your brain to retain the information. Save the unhealthy food for a celebratory dinner after the week is over. Fun fact: you will study better if you keep a good diet.
Wear comfortable clothes- Do not dress to impress when studying. Dress to be as cozy as possible while you are spending those long hours in the library studying.
